Campus Visit

Returning to Delhi after time away? We can’t wait to welcome you on campus! Here are a few tips to make the most of your visit: Send an email to principal@orleanstheschool.in to let us know when you’ll be in town, including the full names of all those in your group. Enter via Gate 2, and be sure to bring photo ID for any adults in your group. We’ll get you through our security station just as quickly as possible The best time to visit ORLEANS would be on any school day- Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Campus Tour Alumni are welcome to take an appointment for a campus tour by informing the Marketing & Communications office. For former students who are still in school We know how exciting it is to visit school again after time away and spend time in the classroom and with friends. During typical school breaks, we sometimes have 20+ students visiting in one day! In order to provide a welcoming atmosphere and keep school running smoothly, we have a few policies and procedures in place: Elementary and Middle School Former students are allowed to attend one day. They must shadow a student of a similar age. A parent/guardian request must be submitted three days in advance to the alumni office at principal@orleanstheschool.in; all guests must provide an emergency contact number. For Elementary students, classroom teacher permission is required (and will be obtained by the administration). High School Alumni who would like to meet their friends in High School are most welcome to do so. You can come in during lunch time or after school and spend time with them. Kindly refrain from going into a classroom while the session is in progress. We will try our best to ensure that you get to meet your favouriteteacher, or a friend or hang out at your favourite spot on campus! Please let us know what we can do for you :)

For ORLEANS Sr. Sec. Students with an Alumni ID Card

The objective of our alumni policies is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our former students, parents/guardians, and faculty while supporting the current school policies regarding attendance, child safety, and what is in the best interest of student learning. Recently, we have started issuing Alumni ID cards to all students who went to ORLEANS (irrespective of the duration spent at the school). We love having our students come back to visit, and have a few systems in place to ensure you can come back and enjoy your time on campus. These policies reflect a few changes made in May 2019. Visitors who have an alumni ID card may visit campus without an appointment, though it’s always appreciated if you let us know if you are coming in advance. Email your plans to principal@orleanstheschool.in Upon arrival, students should present their ID badge to the Security station at Gate 2, and go through standard security checks. Any guests should provide photo ID (Passport or Driver License) in exchange for a visitor’s badge. Alumni need to check in with the Marketing & Communications office. Should students be interested in visiting the Elementary, Middle or High school, the Marketing & Communications office will arrange for it by checking in with the respective office for availability. Alumni are not allowed to access facilities such as the pool, gym, tennis courts, etc. unless they are registered as a guest of a current ORLEANS Association member. Apply for an alumni ID card If you are visiting ORLEANS soon, you can apply for an alumni ID card that we will keep ready for you when you arrive to the campus! The best part is that it has no expiration date, which means that you are always welcome to visit your favourite orleans. Contact us at principal@orleanstheschool.in, if you would like to apply for one. We would like inform you that due to security reasons alumni ID cards will not be handed over to anyone else except the holder or sent through post to an alumni. It can only be collected when you visit ORLEANS
